Start with the room’s experience.
The workshop opens with a familiar fix that missed the problem. Brothers investigate a fictional lodge situation, hear different concerns, practice a conversation and improve a plan.
Pioneers and early adopters are ways to think about how an idea travels, not permanent labels for people.
Prepare before you facilitate.
Study the booklet cover to cover at least twice. Work through the sheets yourself. Rehearse the questions, pauses and transitions aloud with a clock. The workshop is built to draw out the room.
Keep the separate leader role chart beside your plan. Print the matching handouts for participants; they do not need the whole booklet in front of them.
