- Check that both are willing and that they accept your role. Do not arrange a surprise confrontation.
- Agree a quiet place, time and the option to pause. Name the question without attacking either man’s character.
- Give each a turn, check your understanding, compare workable options and read back any agreed next step.
Keep this in mind.
